This circuit will allow you to discover the wonders of the Moroccan desert, its unique landscapes, and rich cultures. You’ll have an unforgettable experience in one of the most beautiful deserts in the world.
Tour Plan
Departure from Marrakech at 10:00 am. Lunch in Télouet. Visit the Kasbah of Glaoui and the Ksar of Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Dinner and overnight stay in an auberge with a view of the Dadès Gorges.
Walk in the Todra Gorges. Lunch in the Todra Gorges or in Tinejdad. Visit a museum in Tinejdad, one of the most beautiful in Morocco. Dinner and overnight stay in an auberge at the foot of the Merzouga dunes.
Visit a village of Gnaoua musicians. Lunch at the auberge in Merzouga. Departure by camel caravan into the desert (1.5 hours). Dinner and overnight stay in a bivouac in the middle of the desert.
Return from the bivouac by camel (1.5 hours), shower at the auberge. Lunch in Alnif. Walk in a palm grove. Dinner and overnight stay in an auberge in the palm grove of Agdz.
Optional activities: quad biking and/or visit to a film studio in Ouarzazate. Lunch in Ouarzazate or on the road to Tizi n'Tichka (pass at 2260m altitude). Return to Marrakech around 6:00 pm.
