2.1. If you book directly with us, we will email you a confirmation, invoice, and Trek Tips within 24 hours of receiving your booking.
2.2. Upon final payment, you will also receive vouchers. Final documents are resent around 6 weeks before departure.
3.1. To secure a trekking booking, a minimum deposit of 10% of the total tour price per person is required (or full payment if booking within 60 days of the start of your tour).
3.2. A higher deposit may be payable on occasions if any supplier(s) requires additional payment at the time of booking or prior to the balance due date. You will be advised of this at the time of booking.
4.1. The balance of all monies due, including any surcharges applicable at that time, must be received no later than 60 days before the start of your trek.
4.2. For certain treks, full payment must be received at an earlier stage before the trek's start date. You will be advised at the time of booking when this is the case.
