Accompanied by a passionate guide, you will explore the souks, narrow passages, hidden squares, and traditional ovens still used by residents. At every corner, a surprise awaits: a spice aroma, a charcoal grill, a doughnut vendor, or a simmering tanjia…
This Food Tour will allow you to taste around ten local specialties, often overlooked by tourists, and discover the richness of popular Moroccan gastronomy.
On the menu:
– Tasting of Loubia, chickpeas with cumin, and grilled skewers
– Discovery of Tanjia, a mythical dish of Marrakech cooked in the heat of hammams
