Are you craving adventure and discovery with complete freedom? We offer you the opportunity to explore the roads of the northern region, starting from Fes. In addition to visiting some of the country's must-see imperial cities, you'll also have the chance to discover some hidden gems in the region! Over the course of about ten days, you'll have time to uncover the anecdotes that enrich the country's cultural heritage through visits to Fes, Rabat, and Tangier. You can also enjoy some relaxing moments in Chefchaouen.

ITINERARY:

Arrival at Fes airport. Reception assistance and transfer to the hotel for your stay.

After breakfast, your morning will be dedicated to exploring Fes, the spiritual capital of the Kingdom. The guided tour will take you through the labyrinthine streets of the Medina (a UNESCO World Heritage site), where you'll discover historical monuments and remarkable sites such as the Bouanania Medersa, the Karaouine Mosque, traditional tanneries, and artisan quarters.

In the morning, depart for Volubilis, one of Morocco's best-preserved archaeological sites. Take your time to visit this ancient Roman city with its magnificent mosaics. To recover from all these emotions, continue your journey towards Meknes. Driving time: 2h15 (100 km) Meals included: breakfast

Today, set off towards Rabat, the kingdom's capital. You'll arrive there after crossing part of the large Sais plain, the Oued Beht valley, a section of the central plateau, and passing alongside the Maamora forest massif, a large cork oak forest. After settling in at the Riad, you can take a self-guided orientation stroll around the city, visiting landmarks like the Hassan Tower esplanade and the Kasbah des Oudaya. For the second part of your journey, head north towards Tangier! On the way, you can stop at Asilah, an ancient Portuguese town that attracts many artists who have made it their home. Take the time to stroll through its small Medina, famous for its wall murals. Continue towards Tangier along the Atlantic coast. Driving time: 3 hours (250 km)

In the morning, head to the Grand Socco to begin your cultural tour of Tangier: the Kasbah, Mershan, and the Medina, tracing the steps of the writers and artists who have made this city a legend. In the afternoon, continue your visit with the Hercules Caves and Cape Spartel, marking the extreme northwest point of Africa. It's also the point where the waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea meet. Enjoy a famous mint tea by the ocean to admire the sunset before heading back. Walking time: 3h30

Depart for Chefchaouen, "the Blue City," with a stop in Tetouan, "the Moorish City," for a guided walk through the streets of the Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Continue to Chefchaouen, skirting the first Rif Mountains. Driving time: 2h30 (130 km) Meals included: breakfast

Take your time to wander through the small Medina, exploring its blue alleyways dotted with various shops and artisan workshops, and admire the architecture inherited from the Andalusian origins of the first inhabitants of this authentic city.

This morning, leisurely return to Fes via Ouezzane, passing through hilly landscapes and the olive groves of Djbel Zerhoun. Driving time: 4 hours (200 km)
