Meet your guide and driver to head north through the wild beach of Moulay Bouzerqtoun, a highly renowned spot for water sports enthusiasts. Continue to the Ain Lhajar oasis; the valley is green and full of date palm trees. Walk through the heart of the oasis, where a small river flows along the trees; turtles are regularly seen there. Canals also line the river; children bathe there, vegetables are washed, animals are watered, crops are irrigated, and laundry is rinsed... For lunch, we will be welcomed by a family from the village who will introduce us to the region's specialties. Return transfer to Essaouira in the afternoon. After breakfast at the hotel, the morning was dedicated to a guided tour of the Essaouira medina led by a local guide native to the city. Discover the Sidi Mohammed Ben Abdallah museum, which houses precious collections on the arts and popular traditions of the Essaouira region, notably woodwork and jewelry. Kasbah district and Derb Laâlouj, with cobblestone alleys lined with white and blue houses, Mohammed Zerktouni Avenue, and its picturesque market stretching on both sides of the road. Syaghine Street and its lively souks, The Artists' Square. Bab Doukkala Gate is near the painters' workshops and music, the Marine Gate, and Moulay El Hassan Square. The ramparts, the craftsmen's district working on wooden objects (ebony and lemon), and then the discovery of the large esplanade at the top of Skala. The port is located at the end of the peninsula, southwest of the medina, and houses a shipyard dedicated to the traditional construction of wooden trawlers. Afternoon guided tour of Marrakech (approximately 3.5 hours) From the 11th to the 21st centuries, discover the heritage left by the sultans of Marrakech! Guaranteed visual pleasure between splendors of Arab-Andalusian art and scenes of life that seem straight out of the Middle Ages... To unravel the thread of history, a first stop is required at the foot of the Koutoubia Mosque (interior forbidden to non-Muslims). It is on this esplanade that the Almoravids built the first palace of Marrakech, remnants of which have been found. The mosque is the work of the Almohads, whose sober and refined art has crossed the centuries. Continue to the Bahia Palace, a true hymn to the glory of gardens with its succession of tree-filled courtyards and apartments adorned with superb paintings on floral themes. Last stop to discover the large museum and craft residence of Dar si Said, built at the end of the 19th century. Free time at Jemaa Lafna Square, or return to your accommodation.
